Admissions

When do admissions open?

Admissions open 15 March. Priority window 15 Mar–30 Apr; rolling admissions afterward if seats are available.

What documents are required?

Required docs: B-Form/Birth Certificate, two passport photos, parent/guardian CNIC, previous report card/leaving certificate (if applicable), and the completed admission form. Originals shown for verification.

Is there an admission test or interview?

For Grades 3–10 there’s a 45-minute diagnostic in English/Math/Urdu plus a short parent meeting. Playgroup–Grade 2 do a play-based readiness interaction.

How can I apply?

Apply by collecting or downloading the form, then submit it with documents and a Rs. 1,000 application fee at the office; you’ll receive your test/meeting date.

Fees & Payments

How do I pay fees?

Pay at the school office (cash/POS) or at the partner bank using the printed challan; bank transfer is accepted—use the student ID and submit the receipt.

What is the due date & late fine?

Invoices go out on the 1st, due by the 10th with a 3-day grace; late fee Rs. 50/day capped at Rs. 500.

Are there any discounts or scholarships?

Concessions: 10% sibling for the second child, 15% for the third; merit scholarships (25–100%) based on results and entrance tests.

Academics & Curriculum

Which curriculum do you follow?

We follow the national curriculum with Cambridge-inspired pedagogy; core subjects: English, Math, Science, Urdu (plus Islamiat, Computer, Social Studies). English is the medium with Urdu support.

What are school timings?

Timings: Mon–Thu 8:00–1:45, Fri 8:00–12:30, Sat 8:00–12:00 (seniors/extra classes). Changes for Ramadan/exams are announced.

Do you offer extra support or tuition?

Support: Homework clinic Tue & Thu 2:00–3:00 pm, targeted remedial groups after assessments, plus counselling/study-skills sessions.

Exams & Results

How many assessments are there in a year?

Assessments: monthly quizzes, Mid-Term (Nov) and Finals (Mar); board classes follow BISE. Projects and participation contribute to grades.

Where can I see results?

Results appear on the school portal on the Results page

How do I apply for a certificate or transcript?

Certificates/transcripts: request at the office; processing 3–5 working days (urgent 24-hour option for Rs. 300).

Attendance

What is the attendance policy?

Attendance: minimum 75% required to sit finals; high absence may lead to NQ unless medically/exceptionally approved.

How do I report an absence?

Reporting absence: call reception before 8:30 am. provide a doctor’s note if away more than 3 days.

Uniform & Supplies

Where can I buy the uniform?

Uniforms: School Store (8:00–2:00) and approved vendor Star Uniforms, Main Bazaar; ensure correct badges, tie and footwear.

What stationery/books are required?

Booklist/stationery: grade-wise lists are issued at orientation and posted online; label all items with name and class.
